Experience the compelling rhythms and expressive lyrics of "Su(Stained) Reality," a unique mixture of hip-hop, R&B, and spoken word. This album, created by the bright young minds of Pittsburgh, is a reflection of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals—to create a cleaner earth by 2030. It doesn't just focus on environmental protection. it also emphasizes social equality, economic growth, and cultural diversity. Hanae Rayzer's simple yet profound phrase, "Put into the world what you want to get back," perfectly captures our projectʼs mission. It's a plea for action that goes beyond music genres and strikes a chord with the urgency of our era. “Su(Stained) Reality" isn't just an album; it's a movement.

"Before choosing not to listen to the youth, remember who holds the future."

Aryana Booker-Gamez’s powerful call echoes the determination of a generation who is ready to make a difference. The KRUNK Movement invites you to absorb the transformative power of music and join us in our commitment to sustainability, one song at a time.

About The KRUNK Movement:

The KRUNK Movement is a year-round youth production program for high school students that focuses on the elements of hip-hop through songwriting, production, art, and technology. By exploring relevant issues of social justice and health, the student-led collective creates engaging art of varying forms. Students learn about technical, professional, and industry-specific skills that are necessary to succeed as an artist. In between projects, students can expect to experience the KRUNK community through local/regional trips and team building experiences!

About Green Building Alliance:

Green Building Alliance (GBA) positively transforms the world through the built environment to address the impacts of climate change on our communities, advance human health, achieve social equity, and create thriving economies. Our vision is to create a future where every building and neighborhood is sustainable, so every person can thrive.

For over 30 years, we have collaborated with community members,
schools, students, and building industry professionals through programs that educate, inspire, and celebrate making our places and environments healthy, stable, and welcoming to all.

GBA applauds the KRUNK students not only for their wonderful gifts as musicians, poets, writers, and artists, but also for their remarkable insights into what sustainability means to them.
